Sales Support Representative (Seasonal)

Required skills:

• At least 18 years of age
• Personal vehicle in good reliable working condition
• Current driver license
• Proof of auto insurance
• Good driving record and insurability
• Able to work flexible hours including some weekends
• Consistent customer service skills
• Customer interaction skills
• Able to work with a diverse cusotomer base
• Strong communication and social skills
• Able to work independently, and be a motivated self-starter
• Proper phone etiquette
• Organizational skills
• Teamwork skills
• Reliable and dependable

Essential functions:

• Sit and stand for extended periods of time
• Walking, crouching, balancing product, pulling, pushing and frequent reaching overhead
• Move, lift and carry product weighing up to 167 pounds repetitively and safely
• Good agility
• Deliver product using two-wheeler
• Repeatedly climb in and out of vehicles and up and down stairs
• Work in all weather conditions
• Work in a wide variety of environments with varied light and temperature
• Hear and speak in noisy conditions
• Conduct business with retailers verbally in English
• Read and write English
• Visually read code dates on products.  This may involve stooping and kneeling
• Visually able to operate vehicles, two-wheeler, and deliver product
• Safe driving skills
